Waif Fu is a small woman beating the crap out of a much larger opponent. She Fu is impractical moves like gymnastics being used in combat. This is known in the movie industry (in my words) are wire fu since the moves are usually only possible with wires and gratuitous use of slo-mo. Are there acrobatic fighters? Yes. There are probably realistic examples on this page, but the ridiculous ones are people dodging bullets with back-flips or doing a back flip just because they can and not because it helps them in the battle.
Don't make me destroy you. @ Castle SeriesThat image is just terrible. It is small and hard to see. Plus she is on the ground and not doing acrobatics.
Would it still be this trope if said Action Girl was fighting realistically (i.e: I can identify her move as an actual naderbaung, spinning hook kick, etc.), but because she's wearing a skirt (that may or may not be magical), it still comes off as...fanservicey?

What's the difference between this and Waif-Fu again?
