If you have an issue with the caption, please take it to the Caption Repair thread in Image Pickin. And no, Cute Monster Girl is for any instance of a monstrous creature being, well, a cute girl (eg. a Frankenstein's Monster, or a mummy). This is in fact listed as a subtrope/variant of it on that page, specifically for entire fictional species.
