Proposed examples that need more description to see if they fit the definition:

- Archers in the Disgaea series are of the backless dress variety.
- Teen Titans episode "Birth Mark": Raven, afterSlade ripped off her cloak along with the back of her leotard.
- Batman And Mister Freeze Sub Zero: Barbara Gordon wears a backless dress to the fundraising party at the beginning.
- Star Wars The Clone Wars episode "Heroes on Both Sides": Ahsoka's new outfit has this.
- Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me Felicity Shagwell
- NCIS:
- Ziva uncovered, er, undercover, as a singer in the sixth season opener.
- Abby's Marilyn Monroe costume in one of the Halloween episodes. Being Abby though, she compliments McGee on finding the photo on the camera she was looking for crime scene photos on.
So-called Virgin-Killing Sweaters
seems to be a Weird Japanese Trend at the moment... Per No Lewdness No Prudishness policy, I don't think this will be featured at the main page at all...
