"Now I've seen everything" and "Now I've heard everything" were catchphrases on the Jack Benny radio program.
Since Benny was under contract to Warners at the time, this was a way to cross-promote their star. It's not the only way, there's at least one cartoon that has Benny onscreen as a character.
