So, about that Mega-man example: they quote Game Theory, but like Game Theory they forget two points: 1) Mega Man saying he is "more than Robot" was not in the original Japanese script, [[it was added to the US translation for the game. Mega Man *never* intended to kill Dr Wily. 2) Even if he did, Mega Man wouldn't and couldn't—because Dr Light didn't design a Three-Laws-noncompliant robot until X.

Bass and Protoman count, but not Mega Man. Rock is fully Three Laws Compliant.
