It looks like the page quote has changed, since the one entry under "Theatre" implies that the quote is from "Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead." Fix this...?

Sure. These kind of "as the <other part of the page> says" references are bad at any rate, since the other parts of a page frequently change.

I honestly think the trope name would sound cooler if we changed it to "Reading Steiner." I honestly think that name sounds a lot cooler than "Ripple-effect Proof memory." What does everyone else think?

Who the hell is Steiner and what does reading him have to do with this trope?

The trope name is clear, we're not going to change it to one that's probably some kind of injoke that does not illustrate at all what the trope is about.

Does anyone know the title or author of the short story someone mentioned where a soldier goes back in time to kill Osama Bin Laden and ends up stuck in the first century? It sounds kind of interesting.
