You know, for a site called "TV Tropes" you certainly apply all of the tropes that monsters already have to begin with to them. Even in the year 2016 with people attempting to portray monsters in a positive light, people still assume them to be naturally evil as you're doing right now when in reality they're not. If they were, all Pokemon would be evil (none of them are), the digimon would be born killers, no passive werewolves would exist, and lastly, the term "monster" also applies to many different species of animals in reality such as sharks, polychaetes, bugs, hybrids, etc. Do you see zebroids going around, stomping innocent people to death?
