Is it really worth busting out the Japanese word for voice actor? Is what they do so fundamentally different that the concept is just not codified in the english language? Are there non seiyuu voice actors in Japan? I'm going to change it.

What about Laura Bailey and Michelle Ruff as rivals? Laura was Chun Li to Michelle's Crimson Viper in the "Street Fighter IV" and it's "Super" edition as well as "Marvel Vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds." And to come, Laura as blonde vixen Catherine to Michelle's Katherine Mc Bride in the Atlus game "Catherine."
