This is a trope in the same way that the pages about camera angles are tropes. And it does include the dice.

That said, maybe it should be moved to a more specific videogame index. We have one for technical aspects; maybe this should go there?

Camera angles actually change the work and its effect on me.

The page does a good job of explaining the particular issues of random number generators and mostly how the flaws could appear in the game. That is useful. It's not a page about the use of randomness in gameplay. Move it to How Video Game Specs Work, put it in the useful notes namespace.

I moved it to Useful Notes and fixed the wicks, all 3 of them. This can be cut.
