Does the Star Trek The Next Generation episode count in which a human boy was found among some rescued alien boys, and it turns out he was adopted by the aliens who slaughtered his parent's homeworld, and raised by them, adopting all of their ways of thinking? It was a landmark episode since it explored the issue at great length and ended with the realization that he was meant to go back and live with the ones he'd been a part of all these years, rather than being ripped away from them against his will merely because of his human blood.

Sounds like it sort of falls in the gap between Raised by Natives and Raised by Orcs... Maybe add it anyways?
