There's a scene in One Piece where the Rumbar Pirates play one last song as they sucum to poison and other injuries, the last 2 have a string instrument and Brook on Piano. Does this count as an inversion of this trope? Look up 'Bink's Brew/ Bink's Sake' on youtube for the scene in question.

I did my best effort in trying to notice the changes, but aside from a short passage near the end in which only one of the instruments is played, I didn't spot anything. It probably doesn't count.

To clarify (the discussion tab's edit option is messed up, so I'm doible-posting by necessity), by "didn't spot anything" I mean "didn't spot any [such] changes"
