Despite the title, this happens with guys as well.
It looks like there's one male example at the moment (from Titanic), and both the title and the description strongly establish this as a situation encountered by females. It might make sense to either remove that line (and also remove the example, or note it as a rare gender-switched version), or else overhaul the description to attract more male examples.
