Bender's Game has a Previously On in syndication in the UK. Is this still not the case elsewhere?

Am I correct in thinking that Farscape showed Braca's promotion only in the Previously-on section and not actually in an episode?

For some reason, I can never piece the Previously Ons together. They ONLY make sense to me if I'd seen the episode in question. Otherwise, I don't know a single show that's got Previously Ons without a voice-over summary of some sort that's allowed me to reconstruct past events based on the Previously Ons. Is this a widespread problem, or is it just me?

I'm thinking about adding a parody example from Naruto The Abridged Series, the only problem is that I'm not sure what episode it's in. Does anybody out there know?

Some games - Just Cause 3 and Watch_Dogs spring to mind - have essentially a recap, whenever you launch the game, the last conversation plays at the beginning. Does this count?
