"Shiki Tohno and Shiki Nanaya" were listed on this page for Tsukihime with no explanation. I'm not sure how they qualify. If we're talking about SHIKI and Shiki, well, they aren't even related let alone twins, and they are really not all that different when sane. If talking about Nanaya Shiki from Melty Blood, this should be under Melty Blood. If you're going to add them again, please elaborate.
