What about Sarah and Jimmy from Ed Edd and Eddy? She wears a pink shirt, he wears blue (although it could double up as a case of Pink Boy Blue Girl).

Maybe In Name Only, but they embody Pink Boy, Blue Girl personality-wise.
Would it be fair to include Simon and Nia
