Something is wrong here. Petite means short, not flat chested. Monica from Waspi Square is Petite.

Being slender is not correlated to chest size. Lots of slender people can have big chests

I agree. When I first saw this trope, I thought it was about being proud to be short. Not proud to have small breasts. Perhaps "Small Breast Pride" would be a better title for this trope(as a parallel to Big-Breast Pride).

I don't think applies to this trope listed under Anime and Manga Judge for yourself http://unixmanga.com/onlinereading/Girl_Got_Game_Complete.html Volume 9 Page 37 is the scene discribed She was clearly not angry as stated about her "Size up" and was happy about the idea of getting bigger.
