I don't think this example exists:

An early Classic Disney Short had Minnie Mouse try this. The umbrella went inside out after a few seconds, causing her skirt to puff out instead and slow her fall.

Not a parasol — not an example.

While not quite a parasol, New Super Mario Bros Wii has the Propeller Hat for Mario/Luigi/Toad. You know, a propeller beanie type thing that allows them to shoot high into the air and glide down slowly over a distance. Must be one hell of a chinstrap on that thing.
