Does it still count as Papa Wolf if a guy with a soft spot for kids likes beating up peadophiles or does that fall under Pædo Hunt?

Why change the picture again? The Cable one was very fitting, that one doesn't make any sense if you don't know Bioshock.

Actually I found the Bioshock one more fulfilling, and Bioshock series does serve as a better example of the trope.
- Maes Hughes also counts, telling several party-going toddlers not to "try anything" with his daughter. Complete with Scary Shiny Glasses and Threatening Gun Cock. It's Played for Laughs, but you know that if anything ever really did threaten his beloved Elicia, there'd be hell to pay.
Interestingly enough, I have a crossover fanfic in which Medusa does mess with his daughter, by means of Grand Theft Me. At first, the villain is extremely cocky about him not being able to hurt the villain without also hurting his daughter. However, once Elicia's free and Medusa gets a new host body, there is hell to pay.
