Pac-Man is also a bit of a darker shade of yellow than Ms. Pac-Man in the Hanna-Barbera cartoon.
Regarding the Pocahontas inversion with the two hawks - what evidence do we have that the gray hawk is female and the brown one is male? The only difference I can see, apart from color, is size; if anything, the larger brown hawk is likely the female, since female birds of prey tend to be larger than males.
