Who is getting a little tired of the constant "deconstruction" of elves? It seems many writers either feel the need to make elves comically insufferable to the point of parody, or having elves be the most miserable race in their fantasy setting like in Dragon Age or the Witcher. Perhaps I'm just nostalgic for Tolkien's elves in LOTR, but I getting sick of elves getting the short end.
