Having everything jumbled up seemingly in the order its entry was added looks bad, in my opinion, and makes finding anything without Ctrl+F a little time-consuming. If nobody minds, I'll be adding folders this weekend to group entries by the media type of the original work they're based on.
Suggestion to make this YMMV?
This whole page was made by 2-3 people, and most of the inclusions are patronizing. I can point at one that definitely doesn't belong here, bu the page doesn't appear to have been updated since 2011.

It's definitely subjective, but given that it only applies to fanfic the "Please don't list [this] on a work's trope example list" banner would seem a little restrictive. I'd still be in favor of classifying it as a YMMV trope, though. It seems pretty cut-and-dry.
