I don't think Loki, in Norse Mythology fits this trope. There really aren't "evil" entities in this mythology, as there are giants who marry members of the Aesir and members of the Vanir. It's a mythology with an Order Versus Chaos focus rather than a Good Versus Evil.
I'm deleting the example because the giants aren't "evil" and the Aesir aren't necessarily "good." It's not really black and white like that.
I'm not familiar with the adaptations, so I won't touch those entries. They may have changed enough things for the trope to apply.
