Not the person who posted it, but my own experience is that periodically things that are only available to Internet users in the UK (such as BBC iPlayer) will suddenly decide I'm not in the UK after all. I don't know why it happens, maybe my broadband finds a faster route from Inverness to London by going via Ireland or something.
I wanted to add Mobile metropolitan area's The WB situation in late 90s. But sure, because it's not to be one of the cities that cannot view the The WB/Kids WB station over the air and on cable exclusively (since WGN America lost the broadcast rights to Kids WB/The WB).
