in magic the gathering, the gruul were originally tasked with taking care of wild places, but as more and more of the plane was developed and industrialized, they eventually lost importance

So, I tried googling Vometia, the Roman Goddess of Vomit. I couldn't find anything on her. So, I am suspecting Vometia isn't a real Roman goddess. Can anyone else find any proof that she was an actual deity?

Can't find anything myself either. There is a goddess with that name and job in Discworld, though.

SO, should Vometia be placed under the "Literature" section as a "Discworld" character?

Possibly.

Removed One Word Examples

  • Pokegods
    • Well, the Legendaries fit into the traditional categories more or less; the creator, the personifications (Pokefications?) of space and time, various avatars of elemental and natural forces...
      • Arceus is at or near being full-fledged God in the Western sense.
        • More along the lines of a 'creator deity'. Not a Christian view of God in any case. We think.

How is it an example?
