Does any emotion other than sad and angry count? Like being very happy or being Hot-Blooded?

That spock quote actually almost sounds like the emotional form of the Worf effect. Like "This event is SO SAD that even SPOCK is crying.
Do characters that don't repress their emotions but are generally inexpressive count? Like Garnet from Western Animation Steven Universe, who has expressed anger, concern, fear and heart-warm without changing her expression, but everyone knows what she feels on the inside.
