• Heavily implied in Mass Effect 3 for Commander Shepard. For one, s/he's already died once. However, by this time, s/he's also become a mild Death Seeker who may not be actively looking for death but would welcome it as a relief if it happened.

I didn't get that impression at all, so you should back such implications up with dialogue or Shepard's actions when you post them. The ending scenes don't count because it's a Mind Screw.
