I'm kind of wondering if Discworld counts; I mean, it obviously doesn't have hemispheres, or for that matter North and South, but Tropes Are Flexible, and it is the case that Hubward is cold and Rimward is hot, even though the Rimward areas include Fantasy Counterpart Cultures of areas that should be past the equator.
