I noticed no Nagato Yuki even though she links with her future self and downloads her memories. Is this because she doesn't naturally see non linear time and this appears to be a one time deal or because nobody thought to add her to the page yet?
I'm also especially confused on The Doctor and River Song being on here. I thought Time Lords see all possible futures (much like Tralfamadorians I assume) while River Song, from The Doctor's perspective would simply be Unstuck in Time because otherwise I think Billy Pilgrim would have to be added because even though he's Unstuck in Time he knows the future from having lived it repeatedly. Then again while Unstuck in Time works for Billy it works less for River who's simply a Time Traveler.

Wrld of Warcraft: Doesn't the Bronze Dragnflight work like this? Of note, Chromie has many lines of dialogue tt seem similary to the City of Heroes/Villains examples.
