How are we not quoting Kanye on this page? That song was a hit and only two words of difference.
No matter what I say there is a 40% percent chance I'm not being serious, and if I sound like I'm not then I probably am.

Not actually an example (there's no object involved, no fighting over it) but Adelaide Brooke says almost word for word ("No one should have that much power!" I think) and the sentiment is very similar. From Doctor Who, The Waters of Mars.
He's the Doctor. He could be anywhere in time and space.
