It's a webtoon (webcomic), adapted from a webnovel. And it has a licensed title, "A Wicked Tale of Cinderella's Stepmom". Even ignoring the source material issue, categorization/namespaces can be arbritary. Some tropers will call them manhwa since they're from Korea, others webcomics because of the way they're published.

I Raised Cinderella Preciously doesn't seem to be a manga. Should it be removed or moved to the appropriate section?
