Some broader long-term plans for this page:

- When we have enough examples of broadcast networks truly shutting down, we should break off the analog signoffs into a separate category.

- Might want to eventually make a separate category for networks that didn't have a special program or final clip, but did intentionally hand-pick their final bit of programming.
