Would the Saw II "test" with the antidote syringe hidden among used syringes count as a literal example?
Also, from a later movie, there was a "test" with multiple keys.

Questionable examples go here.
- In the Shivering Isles expansion for Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, one of the cruel tricks you can play on a group of adventurers is to lock them in a room with the key readily evident in the center. And then dump a pile of identical keys on top.
- That's not true. For one, there is no initial key, they all drop from the ceiling. For another, they're all fakes.
I put "A Puzzling Tale" (from The Brothers Grimm) in 'Fairy Tales', but maybe it belongs in 'Literature' or 'Folklore'.
