The current description seems to be contradictory. First it says that if this trope applies to a protagonist then they'll usually become a Badass Normal. Then it says that the trope is a character who isn't Badass Normal. I think we need to decide which it should be, and update accordingly.
Based on trope name and the first line of description ("Children of superparents get superpowers...except when they don't.") alone Piandao fits right in.
But following text destroys it, because Piandao even if muggle, is very clearly Badass Normal.
And i just don't get why necessarily this tropes should exclude Badass Normals now?
