The same example, with different wording, about Sir Trude Lacklandia ("I'll see your six inches, but raise you thirty-five.") shows up in Urban Legends and Real Life. These should be merged, but into which section? I am thinking Real Life as the references I have found seem to indicate this really did happen in 1977.

And he only did that because under the current law as a super he was forbidden to use his super powers and was technically breaking the law himself.
