The same example, with different wording, about Sir Trude Lacklandia ("I'll see your six inches, but raise you thirty-five.") shows up in Urban Legends and Real Life. These should be merged, but into which section? I am thinking Real Life as the references I have found seem to indicate this really did happen in 1977.
As of this writing, the page stands at 401067 characters. Policy is to split pages beyond 400k and some of the folders have gotten considerably large, so I'm splitting those off into subpages.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"The Incredible example under western animation is inaccurate. Frozone didn't freeze any robbers because there was no robbery, he froze a cop who thought he was robbing the place. And he only did that because under the current law as a super he was forbidden to use his super powers and was technically breaking the law himself.
