Had a thought and would be curious if anyone would approve of this amendment:
The villain must be unaffiliated with the Big Bad — if they are employed by them, then they are a More Despicable Minion, which is a related but separate trope. That trope can apply if a villain quits their boss's employ and strikes out on their own, but not simultaneously with this one.
Trans rights are human rights. If you don't think that, please leave.
