I really like how the picture and caption expertly describes the trope using a well known pop culture example, without a single joke to confusing the issue.

On this website, nothing is more refreshing than the absence of humour.

What's the proper pronunciation of the term "mook"? Does it rhyme with book, or spook?

I've always pronounced it like "spook," but I have nothing to base it on.

What's with the angry tone of the article? Seems to be a lot of complaining about having these guys be mowed down by the heroes. We have a different trope for that.
