I think there's a case of Square Peg Round Trope on this page. Ludwig von Tokkentakker from CarnEvil is listed on this page. Am I the only one who thinks that he doesn't look like a clown at all?

Wow, I forgot that I wrote that. As per Repair Dont Respond, I took action and removed that example long ago. Besides, the first trope I have launched, Repulsive Ringmaster, is far more fitting for Tokkentakker.

I agree. Other pages on this website go out of their way to describe Mr. J as "the original Monster Clown". Then why put that random clown there instead? I would much rather see the Joker and his Slasher Smile than that creepy, empty-eyed clown that currently provides the page image.

This trope is, IMO, way overused in media. I have met one or two people in my life that are scared of clowns. In media, 80% of the population fear them.
Maybe I missed it, but Dimentio appears to be missing from the Video Games section.

"It" was a great story. No other evil clowns novels/films come to mind that were really any good despite how many there are. Captain Spaulding was a lot of fun I guess. Never found Rob's films to be all that scary.
