I think we need a Skinflint trope for those who hate spending money but may not fit into The Scrooge trope. A good example is Hugh Test from Johnny Test as he's not rich but still is a tightwad.

Should we put A MacGuffin Full of Money in here? I think it probably counts as a subtrope of Briefcase Full of Money.

where in the tropes would a Credit less Credit card be put under cause in various media and fanfics a lot of Characters have Credit cards with no limit
