I wonder if we should demand that examples actually have the impact of a twist (even if that twist is a moment where they realize there is no twist). Some of the examples seem to be more "we gradually realize the plot of this episode doesn't follow the format of the others". On the other hand, depending on how sharp the deviation from the series norm is, and how intently the audience follows the series, maybe even just hearing that that's how the plot goes could still count...
