In the Stand-up Comedy folder, "Men are basically bears with furniture" is attributed to Roseanne Barr. I thought it was Rita Rudner, but I won't make the correction until I find out for sure.
I think we should take out the "partially Truth in Television" line. I've rented a few different places, and I've had male roommates who were neat and female ones who were messy. It's not really gender-specific.
