No, but all the Cyborg Ninjas would. Snake's not very ninja-y. He's stealthy, but in a very non-ninja-esque way.

Vega from Street Fighter doesn't just style himself a Spanish ninja... he is one. According to the SF 2 manual, Vega combined ninjitsu with his bull fighting skills.

Just because someone is sneaky, murderous and wears a mask doesn't really mean they are a ninja. Diabolik, for example, is just a murderous cat burglar.
