The description needs to be updated. It mostly refers to super-intelligent Mad Scientist apes and monkeys. And yet, the examples mention every single case when monkeys are portrayed in a negative light, regardless of their intelligence.
Perhaps we need to add a reference to the Champions pen and paper character of Doctor Silverback, a heroic intelligent gorilla created by the grandson of Dr. Marou (of the infamous littetur island)?
