I don't know the movie, but that's certainly not enough to qualify as an example of this trope. If Johnathan (or, more likely Jonathan) really is magical because he's a seventh son, and not just a person (monster?) who happens to have six siblings, please feel free to re-add this example with a better description.

In Brazilian superstition the Seventh Son is always a Werewolf. I wonder if this counts as an example
