It's much different. A permanent Freak Out is highly detrimental and generally more insanity related. A misanthrope usually just becomes cynical and possibly bitter, and is by definition against humanity as a race. A different set of personality traits are created and are generally less extreme than the Freak Out. Also the initial aspect, which is the Freak Out, may not apply to the misanthrope. They might just break sometime and just be done. It may even go unnoticed by others until their actions are more prominent. It is also not closely tied to insanity. So, in short, the process and outcomes for each are much different, though the Freak Out can have similarities to the misanthrope.

This seems pretty much the same as Freak Out, But More Specific. Why does it deserve its own page?
