The "Madoka Magica in 30 seconds" (by Until Dawn Creeps) spoof of "Puella Magi Madoka Magica" has Homura Akemi done in a Sean Connery voice.

What about when it's deliberately a different voice, Played for Laughs?

The Return Of Captain Invincible has a hallucination in which the Big Bad appears to be a woman in a tight black dress. The voice is not changed.

DEBS features the female Big Bad lipsyncing to a record.

Isn't the voice of Cartman of South Park acted by a female voice actress, speaking in her lower tones? Sounding like a baritoning voice entering in puberty. The other children are surprisingly acted by male falsetto voices speaking in their higher tones! By Ingmar
