What is that Ben Franklin example? I'm tempted to just trash it, since it has no details and I just don't get the reference, even after doing a bit of research, but, for once, I'm going to exercise a modicum of restraint and ask.

Some of the video game examples are actually Super Drowning Skills. If it's a playable character who's vulnerable to water, it's Super Drowning Skills. If it's an enemy, then it's this trope.
