Where would I put this trope? On a work's main page? On its Trivia page? On its YMMV page? I have no idea

Not Pig Latin. Pig Latin for "be fake" would be "ee-bay ake-fay". OTOH, pronounce "be fake" ("b-ee-f-ay-k") backwards and you get "kayfeeb", not so far from "kay-fabe". Spell it backwards and you get "ekaf eb".
