Just saying, but I'm just wondering if there are others who think that some people are just using this trope to bash characters they just don't like, especially if the entry sounds rather nitpicky. Just me?

Of course Drax would be dumb enough to unwittingly insult somebody. Although, I heard that he was actually smart in the original comics.

What is the trope for when some does something insensitive (as opposed to saying something insensitive, which is this trope.)?
