Does a robe that's open to the waist count as this? I saw this listed on a trope page for a character with a costume like that, and I was wondering if it fit... that sort of style is standard in my novel so I was wondering.
I made this Idolized Julius Kingsley icon back when Akito first came out, and now that the crossover is actually happening, I don't care.
Anyone think this page should be retitled after Absolute Cleavage was retitled Navel-Deep Neckline?
One idea that may work is something like Off-Shoulder Neckline.
