The Discworld examples seem a little harsh, considering that, having read the entire series so far, I've only seen the aforementioned lines used a handful of times, and sometimes not even outside the same book. In fact, I don't recall the "actually, all roads lead away from Ankh-Morpork" line being used more than once.
Do they still qualify?

I was going to say the same thing. I've heard fans quote all these lines a lot, but in the books not so much, except the leopard one, and scumble being "mostly apples".
